The idea is to intelligently heat the body in a grounding vinyasa practice and finish with a few restorative postures. This time of year grounding work can be very powerful and healing. The holiday season is a lot for many of us and this class with be a nice little restart to begin the new year. The practice will mainly focus on space in the pelvis/hips/hamstrings while supporting lower back and core! Mindful movements and postures is the name of the game while grounding Vata energy!Â

My philosophy is based on mindfulness. If we practice with our mind set on surroundings, feelings, movements, breath, and thoughts we begin to cultivate an awareness of our true needs. From this place life seems to align in a way we never thought possible. Sometimes all that is needed is mindful disconnect to reset and refresh. It doesn't have to be complicated!
